Of course, we used to eat this kinds of bingsu from long time ago. But it is different a lot. first bingsu of sulbilg we call it "Snowflake". It mean the lump of ice is so small and soft as snow!
And their concept fallow korean traditional style. they grafted korean traditional style. But it looks so chick.
Yellow color bingsu was made by mango and cheese and almond, yogurt ice cream.
last one was made by injelmi(korean traditional rice cake) and bean flour, adzuki beans, dried jujube.
